Ferdinand Fischer is the controller under Article 4(7) GDPR. STUNT.BLOG is a SlamArtist.com publication.
Site use and consent preference
Published media files and the moderated comment system are delivered from the same hosting environment as the website. STUNT.BLOG does not use advertising trackers, reader accounts or a newsletter service. The consent interface stores only the selected Analytics and External Media settings, its version, update time and expiry time in this browser’s local storage. That record expires after 180 days and contains no name, email address or cross-site identifier.
Optional audience measurement
Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-7XGW6KTEGH is loaded only after you actively allow audience measurement. Before consent, no Google Analytics script or measurement request is sent. If you reject or do not choose, analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain denied.
After consent, Google Analytics may process a first-party client identifier, session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information and the pages used to prepare aggregate audience reports. STUNT.BLOG does not intentionally send comment fields, names, email addresses or other directly identifying form content to Analytics. Google signals and advertising-personalisation features remain disabled. Further information is available in Google’s description of Analytics data collection and Google’s privacy policy.
Consent is the proposed legal basis for this optional processing. You can withdraw it at any time using the persistent “Settings” control. Revocation changes all Analytics consent signals to denied, disables further measurement and removes the known first-party Analytics cookies for this site. This technical implementation is not legal advice; the Analytics retention setting, Google processing terms, international transfers, product links and data-sharing options remain subject to periodic legal and account review.
Article comments
When you submit a comment, STUNT.BLOG receives the display name, email address, comment text, consent choice, article reference and submission time. Your display name and comment may be published after human review. Your email is encrypted at rest, available only to authorised moderators and never shown publicly, included in page metadata or supplied to avatar services.
Where the GDPR applies, consent is the basis for reviewing and potentially publishing the submitted display name and comment. You may withdraw that consent before or after publication by contacting info@stunt.blog. Moderation, duplicate detection and abuse prevention are based on the controller’s legitimate interests in operating a safe and reliable discussion area. The application converts the platform-provided IP address into a keyed, non-public fingerprint for short-lived rate limiting and does not store the raw IP address in the comment database. Hosting infrastructure may separately retain technical logs as described below. No comment is accepted or rejected solely by automated decision-making.
Comment retention
Pending comments are retained for up to 90 days. Rejected comments are stripped of email data when rejected and deleted after up to 30 days. Rate-limit records expire after no more than 24 hours. For an approved comment, encrypted email data is retained for up to 12 months after approval, while the public display name and comment remain available until removed or no longer needed. Moderation audit records are retained for up to 12 months. Earlier deletion may occur on a valid request or when the data is no longer necessary.
Embedded video
YouTube players use privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com embeds and a separate click-to-load gate. External Media is separate from Analytics: no YouTube iframe is requested until the visitor allows External Media and then clicks the selected video. A direct YouTube link remains available without loading the embedded player. Activating a player, or following its direct link, can transmit request and usage information to YouTube or Google under their own terms.
Hosting, recipients and technical logs
STUNT.BLOG is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Its hosting and database infrastructure processes data on behalf of Ferdinand Fischer, trading as SlamArtist.com, and may process request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested resource, browser information and technical headers where necessary to deliver, maintain and secure the website. Comment data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
International processing
The controller is established in Germany. Depending on the hosting infrastructure and a third-party service a visitor chooses to activate, including Google Analytics, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where transfer restrictions apply, processing is subject to the safeguards required by applicable law. Current transfer information can be requested at info@stunt.blog.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about and access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. Direct privacy enquiries to info@stunt.blog; identify the article and display name so the relevant record can be located.
